The Joint Japan-World Bank Graduate Scholarship for 2022-2024 is now available for submissions! The largest scholarship for international students is the JJ/WBGSP 2022. Both male and female students may apply for full-time Master’s degree programs at institutions across the world. Expenses will be paid by the World Bank Scholarship Program, and everything else will be covered as well. The JJWBGSP receives all of its yearly funding from the Japanese government.
There is no application fee. A two-year master’s degree program is available at one of our partner universities. More than 6,000 people have benefited from the Program’s efforts since it began in 1982. The World Bank offers a broad variety of academic programs, with more than 48 programs participating. This particular scholarship comes with a hefty stipend.
In order to get a World Bank Scholarship, you must fly economy class from your home country to the university in the host nation. Additionally, you will get the US $500 for each trip, as well as your graduate program’s full tuition, health insurance, and a monthly subsistence allowance to cover all of your living costs (Accommodations, Food, etc., including Books). Scholarships for International Students are available via the Joint Japan Scholarship Program, which provides full financial support to all eligible applicants. Everything will be covered for a period of two years, including, but not limited to:
- Flying from your native nation to the university where you’ll be studying in economy class. Each Trip Also Costs US $500 Extra.
- Your graduate program will cover all of your fees.
- Affordability of Care
- Living expenditures are covered by a monthly subsistence allowance (Accommodations, Food, etc., including Books)
Requirements for Getting in
- Be a citizen of a developing country that is a member of the World Bank. (You may see a list of nations that are eligible here.
- Do not be a dual national of any developed nation.
- Have a healthy body and mind.
- At least three years previous to the application deadline, have a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree.
- After receiving a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree, have at least three years of recent development-related employment experience.
